NEED TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We want you to have the best shopping experience ever! If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days. Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. The original tag must still be attached.
- The return shipping is at the responsibility of the buyer.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable when returned for a refund/exchange.
- Some items on our website such as handmade items are EXCHANGE only. Please see below for more information

- Email us to return your item. (include your order number)
- Ship back your order directly to our London office.
- Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please note we cannot process returns via any other channel
- LILIPEARL will not accept any returns received in damaged or worn condition.
- Intimates including shapewear, bras, undies, tights, socks, are final sale items.
- Items returned after 30 days of the customer receiving the goods will only be refunded in store credit.
- Please note that SALE items may only be exchange only or items may be non-returnable and will be up to the retailer.
- Your refund will be credit back to the original method of payment used to place the order or as a credit note,
EXCHANGE ONLY items
The reason most our items are so unique and hard to find elsewhere is a lot of them are hand made and made to order. Hand made tops such as the cross back bralets are final sale due to being made to order. (However, can be exchanged)
- If for some reason, you do not like the colour/style of an item, or would like to request another size, we do accept exchanges on ALL items depending on availability.
- Where there are differences in pricing, these can be refunded back to you or we can invoice you for the extra.
- Returning items purchased online at LILIPEARL.com: Can only be refunded online via the above email address.
- Returning items purchased by ANY OTHER OUTLET i.e. Depop/Silkfred/POS: All returns/exchanges must be made to the website/app it was bought from.
Please note that all customs and import taxes and charges are the responsibility of the customer.
